About the Film:
A dystopian psychological drama where Winston Smith undergoes brutal psychological and physical torment inside the Ministry of Love. O'Brien, a powerful Inner Party official, leads the ideological dismantling of Winston's mind, blurring the line between manipulation, authority, and a disturbing form of affection.

Role Description:
O'Brien is a burly man in his fifties, with a solid build, thick neck, and tired eyes. Despite his harsh physical presence, he is always impeccably groomed and composed. His small habit of adjusting his glasses adds an unsettling softness to an otherwise severe, elegant facade.

A senior member of the Inner Party, O'Brien works publicly at the Ministry of Truth but is, in reality, an agent of the Ministry of Love. He monitors, deceives, and punishes those guilty of thoughtcrime. Through intelligence and charisma, he gains Winston's trust by posing as a rebel, only to later reveal the full extent of his ideological devotion. His relationship with Winston is complex: a mix of betrayal, psychological dominance, and ambiguous affection.

O'Brien embodies calm authority, ideological certainty, emotional detachment, and articulate menace.

Ability to project psychological dominance and controlled authority

Comfortable with intense interrogation scenes (non-graphic)

Strong control of body language, presence, and micro-expressions
